SHIPPING

Shipping is paid for buy the customer.

Either c.o.d or when the animal is paid for.

We use West Jet, Air Canda, Air North, Grey Hound and Canada Post or Fed ex or U.P.S.

Which ever will be the safest, fastest and least expensive.

Birds,small animals, kittens, and puppies will ONLY be shipped by air.

Live animals have a live arrival garrantee, Any d.o.a.s must be reported immediately.

After the animal or products are paid for in full we will ship out  as soon as possible.

The customer must pick all live animals up within 1 hour of their arrival at the destination.

Confirmation of flight times will be emailed and shipment can be delayed at customers convience,

puppies one week, all others 14 days.

Depending on weather,  bad weather no animals will be shipped, when weather is extreme

 animals will be boarded at no additonal charge until it is safe to trasport them.

Handling charges apply on orders of less than $100.00

Orders of less than $100.00 will be charged a $12.00 handling fee.

Orders of $100.00 and over have no handling fees.

Sorry it's just not worth my time to pack up a drive one anole to the airport.
